Project's Non-Technical Development Overview :
While we are working on your project and your requirements, we have ongoing time to time scheduled coordination and discussions with you and your team to ensure that you are satisfied with the overall project progress. We keep you informed at every stage of project through our state of the art project management system. We always anticipate your continual feedback as we progress on the development cycle.

The Project Development cycle starts with Project Detailing, Initial System Specification or Requirement Analysis.

The first step towards developing or implementing a new systems is system requirements or system specifications. If you have an idea and don't have system specifications ready, we are always here to work with you to create one. The system requirements or specifications typically includes following: 

  • Defining / redefining the business requirements, features, benefits and the overall goals of the project, so business goals and outputs from the systems are perfectly aligned to each other.
  • Looking at the pros and cons of your existing systems and other systems you may have been considering 
  • Providing a draft specification and cost estimate for your feedback 
  • Project planning and prototypes 
  • Once we have outlined the vision for the project, we plan the development and make the requirements more specific. The quality process is started at this stage. We produce a draft design and prototypes to ensure that we are on the right path from an early stage.
  • Development and integration Stage - While we develop the project, we have ongoing coordination with the client to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress and to take any changes into account. We seek feedback on a regular basis and integrate this into the development process along with risk and quality management. The new system is integrated with other corporate systems. 

Proven Development Methodology - At Takniki we always follow international development standards in all the processes of a project. We assign two communication points or leader for your project.

  • Project Manager - Project manager is the technical head of the project. He is the key factor in any project's success story. Task scheduling, delivery planning and quality checks are main responsibility of the project manager. Project manager makes sure that project gets delivered  to you on time with high quality 
  • Project Coordinator - Project coordinator is the contact point between you and Takniki. He is responsible for all communication and documentation of the project. He is a single point of contact for all client communication issues – reporting, updates to requirements, status tracking and so on. All Takniki project coordinators are fluent English speakers some of them have native American Accents and some British Accent depending on where you are.
